ISS Frequencies


Ecco una tabella con alcune frequenze in uso alla stazione spaziale ISS e moduli associati.
Le frequenze più in uso, a livello amatoriale, sono 145,800 MHz FM per la fonia e 145,825 MHz FM per il Packet-radio a 1200 bps. Naturalmente, le trasmissioni sulle due frequenze sono in alternativa.



Qualche volta vengono anche trasmesse delle immagini in SSTV
(v. ISS - Immagini dallo spazio e Immagini dalla ISS).

Amateur Radio Frequencies (Note: Only one mode active at a time)
Per iniziare, provate l'ascolto in fonia FM su 145.800 MHz oppure, quando la ISS è in Europa e si muove verso la Russia, provate l'ascolto su 143.625 FM (conversazioni spesso in Russo, qualche volta in inglese).

Raccomandazione importante:

NON usare assolutamente la frequenza di 145.800 MHz per QSO terrestri né tanto meno la frequenza associata di 145.200 MHz. L'ARISS e la NASA/ESA hanno minacciato di non usare più queste frequenze sull'Europa per traffico amatoriale nel caso non venisse rispettato il band-plan.
Ovviamente, chi non rispetta questa raccomandazione non è a conoscenza del fatto che queste frequenze vengono usate, in simplex o duplex, per il traffico via ISS; quindi, divulgate il più possibile questa raccomandazione.
